We recently had our reception at 520 on the water and it was beyond amazing!!! All of our guest were astounded by the view and location! Not to mention how amazing Vicky (520 on the water’s coordinator) was!!! Me as the bride, was beyond satisfied with working with Vicky and everything she did for us!!! I can’t highly recommend her enough!!! She made our dream come true and went above and beyond to make it all happen!! If you’re looking to have your wedding here, I 100% recommend doing it!! 520 on the water was a beautiful venue for my wife and I. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the location is, right on the water. It’s a smaller venue on the inside, but they did really well making sure to fit all of our guests (60ish) without making it feel cramped. Vicki was a huge help throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond helping make our big day special. If you are looking at wedding venues and want to get away from the typical barn, or church, 520 should be on the top of your list.

The venue, 520 on the water, was the perfect place for our 25th wedding anniversary celebration. The management and staff here were phenomenal especially Judy, she went to great lengths to make everything perfect and would respond our messages and queries promptly. They were so flexible to use the space as required. The waterfront view was stunning and it was like my dream venue. We could not have asked for a better location to celebrate our milestone anniversary. I highly recommend this place.Jaz

Absolutely beautiful venue for a wedding reception! I had the privilege to coordinate a wedding here and the staff is absolutely top notch. The venue provided the right amount of space with the perfect view. The womens bathroom was stocked with essentials like mouthwash,hairspray and ant other essentials that was such a nice touch.

6-1-24. We had our daughter’s ceremony and reception here. Amazing! From beginning to end. The staff went above and beyond to make this day one of the best days. It is family operated. They are all so caring and professional. Erin, Allison, Judy and the team are top notch! Thank you so so much for a great venue, great service, and an impeccable staff! Highly recommend having your function here!

I chose this venue for my recent wedding and I couldn’t be happier with our choice! The view itself is SPECTACULAR. Our guests were truly in awe. Vicky really went above and beyond to make my vision come to life. We also hired her to coordinate the wedding and we truly could not have done it without her. She was so attentive to all of my needs the day of and took care of me and anything my bridal party needed. We really like the family business concept and felt that her and the family staff made this wedding so much more of a personal experience. Not to mention the price for value compared to many other venues we checked out was such a no brainer to go with 520 on the water. Thanks to everyone who made it happen there, we truly had our dream wedding 😊

I cannot stress enough how happy my husband and I, and all of our guests were, with 520 on the water. Our wedding was so dreamy. Vicky and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure everything was set the way we wanted it to be. They’ll make sure everything is going perfect during your ceremony and reception. We got Vicky as our day-of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing, from attending our rehearsal dinner the day before, to helping us pack everything after the wedding was over, and even helping us load everything into the cars the day after. I’m so grateful we found this wonderful venue because we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of the wedding, and we were able to enjoy every moment of it. Thank you so much Vicky and entire staff of 520 on the water, you guys gave us a perfect unforgettable day.
